If you are buying online, Amazon is your best bet. Their shipping is great, and they have the best price online. They actually sell it for about the same as my author discount.
If you're looking for the book in physical bookstore, try your local Borders. They have a much more extensive computer books section, so they are more likely to have the book in stock.
