New Microsoft CRM Resource Center

Microsoft just released its new Resource Center.

Customers and partners now have a convenient, comprehensive, and configurable resource center easily accessible from within their CRM application. The resource center is a one-stop shop, designed to help you get started, maximize your efficiency, and build your business.

Try the new resource center:

Here's a quick video that shows the new features of the Resource Center. This site is definitely worth looking through. It's also available within Microsoft CRM. Click the Resource Center button on the Navigation Pane within MSCRM.

Our Microsoft CRM 4.0 Book Shipped to the Printer!

My book on Microsoft CRM shipped to the printer today and should appear in Barnes & Noble, Borders, Amazon, and most bookstores within the next week or so. The publisher is Cengage Learning, the same folks who published my books on Outlook, ACT!, and Salesforce.com.

We're really excited about this book. It's geared towards a beginner/intermediate user, and it follows the same format as the other CRM books I've written.

If you're looking for the book in physical bookstore, try your local Borders. They have a much more extensive computer books section, so they are more likely to have the book in stock.

Salesforce.com Book Shipped to Printer

My book on Salesforce.com shipped to the printer. Barnes & Noble, Borders, Amazon, and most bookstores should see it in a week or two. It was my third book with Project Editor Jenny Davidson and Acquisitions Editor Mitzi Koontz, and they're both great. Best in the business.

Many thanks to Brad and Steve for doing the tech edits.

If you are buying online, Amazon is your best bet. Their shipping is great, and they have the best price online. They actually sell it for about the same as my author discount.
